Quality Control

At Energy Exchanger, inspectors with certifications to a minimum of ASNT-TCIA level II in PT, MT and RT film interpretation, report directly to the president. EEC is certified to fabricate to API-660 heat exchanger standards, ASME Section VIII, Division I Pressure Vessels, "U" #12,370, and Section I Power Boilers, "S" #12,371 as well as repairs and alterations  "R" #2,888 and to all standards of the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA).

Quality is a state of mind shared by all. This quality is guided by and constantly improved by the Total Quality Management (TQM) process, which Energy has been using and developing for a number years.Total Quality Management is the governing process for quality improvement throughout every department of Energy Exchanger Company.
